Richard Yorke is an Executive Officer and Head of Global Corporate & Investment Banking for Asia Pacific. Mr. Yorke, who is based in Singapore, has oversight of the bank’s global corporate and investment banking business across 18 locations in this region, spanning ASEAN, South Asia, East Asia as well as the Oceania region. As the RE-CM for MUS Asia, he will further enhance and align the group’s debt capital market capabilities to provide better and more holistic solutions to corporate clients. He was President and CEO of HSBC China, based in Shanghai, from 2005-2010, at the end of which he was made an Honorary Citizen of Shanghai
Fumitaka Nakahama (“Hama”) is Managing Executive Officer of MUFG Bank Ltd and Deputy Chief Executive of Global Corporate and Investment Banking at MUFG. He has 30 years’ professional experience of structured and project financing from a lead arranging, advisory, equity & fund investment, and insurance underwriting perspective at MUFG, IFC / World bank, AIG Global Energy and GE Capital. During his career, he assumed managerial roles in various cities including New York, Washington DC, London, and Tokyo.
Or Brings Experience in Business, Valuation, and Modeling practice after several years at EY (Ernst & Young) & as Finance Modeling Expert M&A at Amdocs.
Tom has a BA in Management & Accounting from the College of Management and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. Prior to Liquidity tom worked as an M&A, Transaction services Manager at Deloitte, and prior to that a Senior in the Audit department in E&Y.
THE current CEO of Meitav Dash, Ilan Raviv has been working in the financial industry for over 30 years. Throughout his career, he has worked in Israel, London, and Geneva. During this time, Mr. Raviv served as the CEO of U-Bank, a Manager at the Jacob Safra Bank in Switzerland, Treasurer of Israel Discount Bank, and a Senior Dealer at the Foreign Currency Reserve Management Team of the Bank of Israel, among other positions.
Shane has over 4 years of experience in customer-facing and account management in various sectors including sales, marketing, and technical support. Before joining Liquidity, he worked at various start-ups, including Infinidat, where he worked as a global operation & customer support specialist. Shane is currently studying towards a bachelor's degree in business management and finance at The IDC University
Nir has over 4 years of professional experience in the M&A practice and Transaction Services Advisory. Prior to joining Liquidity, Nir was a Senior Associate at KPMG's Transaction Services Advisory department, where he managed financial and commercial due diligence projects (buy-side and sell-side) for large-scale M&A transactions, debt, and equity capital raises. Nir holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
Omri has over 4 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst in various industries. Before joining Liquidity, he worked at Ernst & Young, where he provided consulting services, managed large-scale M&A transactions, and led advanced business valuations. Omri holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
Navas has been an entrepreneur since his college days and have founded and operated at least 5 different businesses in verticals as diverse as technology, trading, event management, consulting, facility management and F&B. Previously, he has worked with many startups as a fundraising advisor and has served on the board of an Investment firm based out of the UAE. He has been selling and fundraising all his career in various roles and has unique domain expertise in both sell side and buy side activities.
Satoshi has worked for MUFG, the largest financial institution in Japan for over 11 years. He has extensive experience in Project Finance which includes the origination of the first Solar Power project in Japan, Core Infrastructure in the Americas, and credit analysis for large Telecom transactions in EMEA.
Ryutaro brings the experience of over 18 years in the privilege of serving non-Japanese clients in Europe, Asia, and the United States at MUFG. He has vast experience in international corporate finance as well as the capital market.
Yaron brings over 6 years of professional experience as an Investment Banker and as an Auditor of Nasdaq-listed companies as well as private Startups. Prior to joining Liquidity, Yaron was a Manager at EY’s M&A department, he led cross-border transactions and Capital raise projects. Yaron holds a BA in Accounting & Business Administration from the College of Management and is a certified public accountant.
