In May 2025, Yusuke was appointed as a Board member of Mars Growth Capital. As the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) at MUFG, Yusuke is instrumental in steering a wide array of strategic initiatives that bolster MUFG’s global wholesale business. With over 20 years of dedicated service at MUFG, Yusuke has gained extensive experience in corporate and investment banking, strategic planning, and business development, having held key positions in both Tokyo and London. Prior to his current role as CSO for GCIB, he served as Managing Director and Deputy Head of the GCIB Planning Division, where he played a pivotal role in shaping GCIB's strategic direction.
Yusuke holds a Master of Business Administration from Hitotsubashi University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Keio University.
